ANDRIY CHEBOTARU (born in Sevastopol in 1984) graduated from the Inkerman Art School and the Crimean Art School where he studied under Prof. Grigoriev. He also studied landscape painting at the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Chebotaru became a Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine in 2011. He is a master of plein air painting, and his remarkable landscapes of Montenegro, Croatia, Italy and Ukraine, including the Crimean cities of Sudak, Balaklava, Gurzuf, Sevastopol, impress with their variety of compositional solutions and the boldness of his color combinations. Chebotaru has held personal exhibitions in Ukraine, France, UAE, China, Montenegro, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Croatia. Currently, the artist’s works are housed in museums and private collections in Ukraine, Europe, the United States, and Asia.
